Delete my data
Paste the link to your result, or the turn-off link for your reminders. We delete what it points to right away. You cannot undo this.
You do not need to do anything for most data: your upload, everything we read from it and your result are deleted on their own 24 hours after you upload. Reminders are deleted once the deadline passes. Our database's restore history can keep an encrypted copy for up to 30 days, used only to recover from an outage. How we handle your data.
Lost the link?
We cannot look up a result for you: we keep no name or email with it, so nobody can find it without the link. It is still deleted after 24 hours. If you have an account with the email address your reminders go to, deleting your account on the Account page deletes those reminders too. If you wrote to us by email and want that deleted, email contact@optimumtechfusion.com.
