Delete my data
To delete one case, use Delete on its card in My cases. Your account and other cases stay.
Delete my whole account
This deletes your cases, every file you uploaded, everything we read from them, any free-decoder reminders sent to this email address, and your account, right now, then signs you out on every device. Anything you already sent to your plan stays with them. We keep payment records, with no health details, for tax law and refunds. You can sign up again later with the same email; you would start with nothing saved.

It may have been deleted, or it belongs to a different account. If you have more than one email address, check which one you signed in with.
