My cases
Everything you started, in one place. You send every letter yourself; we keep track of the dates.
Your cases, deadlines and letters will live here.
We are pacing requests
You sent a lot of requests in a short time. You can try again in 30 seconds.

Start with the letter you got. We explain it in plain English for free: why the claim was denied, your plan type and your deadline. Then you decide if you want help preparing an appeal.
Decoding is free, and nothing goes to your plan. A case is $49 one time, and you pay only after you confirm your plan type and deadline.
What you will need
Your denial letter or EOB
The EOB is the Explanation of Benefits your plan sends after a claim. A PDF, a scan or a phone photo all work.
NeededYour itemized bill
Only if you also want us to check the bill against your EOB. If you do not have one yet, you can ask the provider for it.
Bill audit onlyYour plan documents
The benefits booklet, if you have it. It can give you more time to appeal than the federal minimum.
Helpful, not neededFree help is out there too
Many states run a free consumer assistance program for employer and marketplace plans. For Medicare, SHIP gives free one-on-one help. Legal aid can help if your case goes further.
